10/15/09 I had meet with a Lady in Marana AZ. The client thought her garage door spring was broken. After inspection I found the springs in good shape but the rollers were in poor condition and Her J arm had been torn off the door. The garage door and garage door opener were in good shape but in need a good tune up. I suggested a roller upgrade and tune up. I charged her $180.00 to reattach the J arm and install high quality 13 ball bearing rollers and lubricate and tune up the door and operator.
